CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULING | LATE FEES
- Cancellations or a reschedule must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
- Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of total service fee.
- All appointments changes can be made by your confirmation text/email

- No shows will no longer be serviced + charged full service fee.
- You have a 10 min grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late. We might need to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
